Mental/Self Care during a Pandemic

Self-care and Mental care have been a hot topic during this difficult time our world is experiencing and it is super important to take the time to make sure you are doing okay on the inside and the outside. Self-care is more than just making sure you look and feel good on the outside but it can deeply affect the way you feel on the inside. And mental health is is extremely important in how we go about living our daily lives and how we treat others and ourselves. I am a firm believer that we cannot love others if we cannot love ourselves first. Never feel ashamed or that you are worth less because you need to take care of yourself first, and hey it's okay to take a mental health day too! I have come up with a few ways to help keep your mental and self-care up and running smoothly during this weird time. Enjoy!  Spa Day!- get yourself a bubble bath ready, light some candles, and watch your favorite show. You can also do a face mask, a massage, self-tan, mani/pedi. Really anything to
